I don't think any of these are right. E would allow all of the 192.168.2.0/24 and 192.168.2.0/24 network which would include the host that is in the deny statement (192.168.2.31). According to the manpage any conflicts in allow/deny and the allow wins. https://www.samba.org/samba/docs/current/man-html/smb.conf.5.html#HOSTSDENY
