You have received a Marvis Actions Missing VLAN notification.
In this scenario, where is the problem?
In scenarios where a Marvis Actions Missing VLAN notification is received, it often indicates that the network switch is not configured correctly to support the required VLAN. Network switches are crucial in managing VLAN tagging and routing traffic accordingly. If a VLAN is missing on the switch, devices connected to the network, such as access points, clients, or gateways, will not be able to communicate on that VLAN. Thus, the issue usually lies with the switch configuration.
In many cases, when Mist support helped troubleshoot, we found a user VLAN was indeed not provisioned on the network switch. https://www.mist.com/documentation/how-we-find-missing-vlans/
