What is CORRECT about service request management?
Service request management involves handling requests from users for information, advice, standard changes, and access to services, among other things. It is correct that compliments can be handled as service requests because feedback, compliments, and complaints are standard types of service requests. This approach ensures all types of user interactions are systematically managed.

i worked in 4 different service desks and not a single time did we handle a praise as a ticket/SR, it might just as well say spam mails to enlarge your "service offering" can be dealt with as an SR.... but i guess it doesn't need to make with the real world.
