go to the CSP and they provide so much documentation on all of their services/resources. You can call it Transparency but the transparency is due to all of the documentation.

In ISO/IEC cloud standards, transparency refers to the cloud provider's responsibility to inform cloud customers about how their data is stored, processed, and protected. This includes security controls, compliance measures, and operational details, ensuring customers understand the cloud environment despite losing direct oversight. Why Not the Others? A. Disclosure → While disclosure is part of transparency, it typically refers to sharing specific pieces of information rather than an overarching principle. C. Openness → A general term that does not directly relate to cloud provider responsibilities in the ISO/IEC standards. D. Documentation → Documentation is a method of providing transparency, but transparency is the broader concept that ensures customers get insight into cloud operations.
