Question 433

A business analyst (BA) was tasked with eliciting requirements for a new product scheduling system. The BA interviewed and discussed the requirements with the manager and supervisor. The requirements were written and approved by both the supervisor and manager. Which stakeholders were missed in the requirements?

    Correct Answer: D

When eliciting requirements for a new product scheduling system, it is crucial to consider the end users who will be directly interacting with the system on a daily basis. While the manager and supervisor have been involved, obtaining input from end users can provide valuable insights into the practical, day-to-day usage and potential issues that might not be apparent to higher-level staff. It ensures the system is user-friendly and meets the actual needs of those who will be using it most frequently.
