Question 204

Which of the following best describes the use of predictive analytics?

    Correct Answer: B

Predictive analytics involves analyzing data and applying assumptions or predictions to forecast future events or behaviors. In the context of a supplier predicting where stock levels would decrease more quickly based on sales data and weather conditions, this aligns with the essence of predictive analytics. The supplier is using historical data and assumptions to predict future stock levels, which is a core aspect of predictive analytics.
