An Administrator needs to return a rotating asset to a vendor. When clicking on Select Rotating Assets for Return, there are no records to be returned.

An Administrator needs to return a rotating asset to a vendor. When clicking on Select Rotating Assets for Return, there are no records to be returned.
Why are the records missing?
The records are missing because the rotating asset has not been received. In order for a rotating asset to be available for return, it first needs to be received in the system. Without receiving the asset, it cannot be processed for return.
I did some tests and B works well.
this Deponed on if Received and moved so No Return , if Not REceived at all so No REturn will consider it has been received
D is correct. Moving the asset prevents its return
