The administrative department and the finance department cannot communicate with each other because they belong to different VLANs with no Layer 3 interface to route between them. Data frames sent by the finance department on the switch carry tagged VLAN 20 due to the configuration of the port hybrid pvid vlan 20 command on GE0/0/2.
The correct answers are A and C, they can't be both in the Vlan 20, because one is tagged to be in Vlan 10 and just allows packets from both Vlans. But without Subinterface/Layer 3 Function, communication between Vlan 10 and 20 isn't able.
Actually, we do not know the subnet mask, so we can not assume that these hosts are in different network
In the topology, vlan 10 and vlan 20 are both untagged. So, the correct answer should be A. They cannot ping because they are in a diferent Broadcast domain.
As may understanding of VRP, there is no such commando untagged an a list of vlan, which would be supported. You can port vlan-stacking untagged stack-vlan or with protocol based vlan have two vlans untagged, anything else is in VRP xxx.R010 not possible. The hybrid port would ignore the untagged assignment out of my understanding and would use the default configuration of the native vlan.

pvid of g0/0/1 is 10, the tag on the data coming from this interface should be tagged by 10 not 20, and Switch layer 3 allows intervlan communication using VLANIF correct answers should be C D in my opinion
the port hybrid pvid vlan_id command insure that an untagged frame from end device are tagged with vlan id equal to pvid of the hybrid port. B would be correct if the vlan was 10
