An SNMP probe is sent from ClearPass to a network access device but ClearPass is unable to get profiling information.
What could be a valid cause? (Choose three.)
A valid cause for ClearPass being unable to get profiling information from a network access device could include a mismatching SNMP community string in the ClearPass and NAD configuration, SNMP not being enabled on the NAD, or an external firewall blocking SNMP traffic. These factors can prevent successful communication between ClearPass and the network access device for retrieving profiling information. SNMP write permissions are not needed as profiling only requires reading data, and SNMP probing is supported between ClearPass and NADs.
Profiling and discovery is all about reading data, not writing it. "B" is wrong. Clearpass do support SNMP probing, "E" is wrong, see : https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/ClearPass/6.6/PolicyManager/Content/CPPM_UserGuide/Monitoring/network_discovery.htm Answer is A, C and D
