D: Secondary Riser Kit is the correct answer, the requirement is for 'four 10Gb network adapters' not four ports (which already exist on the BoM as two cards), since the primary riser is 3 slots the secondary riser is needed to fit 4 cards or more. Note: EYE's comment should be the other way round, you need two CPUs for the secondary riser card to work (one Xeon CPU doesn't support enough PCIe lanes).

A workload accelerator is a NAND storage device, and some of the other answers are storage based and don't feel right. The riser seems like the correct answer as you need the riser to add another card when there are 2 CPus used and you want more network ports. ( I have actually purchased this before for a client to address this issue)
Reading the question a different way and assuming they mean 4 ports not adapters D: is still the correct answer since it will balance the network / NIC workload across both CPUs. Besides, all the other options affect storage performance only, not network as Psycosis points out.
To be able to place four network adapters, you need a secondary riser.

The server is not a router, the network trafic may be proceced by the server, then more speed of workload more speed of network. The A answer may by correct.
