nse5_fmg-70 Exam - Question 9

What is the purpose of ADOM revisions?

Show Answer
Correct Answer: BC

ADOM revisions are used to save the current state of the entire ADOM. This includes all policy packages, objects, and settings within the ADOM. The purpose is to create a complete snapshot of the ADOM, ensuring that all aspects of the ADOM's configuration are captured at a specific point in time, not just individual components such as policy packages or objects.

C. To save the current state of the whole ADOM Answer B is missing VPN console settings https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortimanager/7.0.0/administration-guide/54616 "ADOM revision history allows you to maintain a revision of the policy packages, objects, and VPN console settings in an ADOM." FortiManager 7.2 Study Guide (p.227): "Note that an ADOM revision is a snapshot of the entire ADOM and not the changes specific to this policy package."
