Question 191

-- Exhibit --

Refer to the exhibits.

An LTM Specialist is troubleshooting an issue with one of the virtual servers on an LTM device, and all requests are receiving errors. Testing directly against the server generates no errors. The LTM Specialist has captured the request and response on both client and server sides of the LTM device.

What should the LTM Specialist do to fix this issue?

    Correct Answer: B

The issue seems to be related to the establishment of TCP connections. Observing the server-side capture, the connections are made between 192.168.1.144 and 192.168.1.211, while the client-side connections involve 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.10.80. This indicates that source Network Address Translation (SNAT) might be necessary to properly route the requests through the LTM device. Configuring SNAT Automap on the virtual server will ensure that responses are correctly routed back to the clients, resolving the issue.

I think the exhibit is not related to the question

amir43543Option: B

The answer is B. Configure SNAT Automap on the virtual server. be cause we didn't pass the tcp connection establishing yet. The host header is layer 7 .

SimonR2

It already has SNAT automap enabled, you can see it on the server side connection connecting on 192.168.1.144 so we dont need to enable SNAT. None of these answers are particularly good for the exhibit, so I think the exhibit itself may be wrong.
