Users are able to access the application when connecting directly to the web server but are unsuccessful when connecting to the virtual server.
What is the cause of the application access problem?
The packet capture through the LTM device shows that the virtual server is sending packets to the web server, but it appears that the responses are not coming back to the client. This suggests that the Source Network Address Translation (SNAT) is disabled on the virtual server. When SNAT is disabled, the responses from the web server are sent directly to the client's address instead of going back through the LTM device, which could be causing the issue. Enabling SNAT would ensure that the web server's responses are routed back through the virtual server, allowing the client to establish a proper connection.
