What is causing the intermittent issues?
The issue is that the default gateway is inaccessible from WS1. In the exhibit, WS1 has the IP address 10.240.242.187 with a default gateway of 10.240.242.100. This gateway is part of a different subnet (10.240.242.0/23) compared to the actual subnet WS1 is on (10.240.242.0/24), indicating that the default gateway is incorrectly configured. Correcting this subnet mismatch should resolve the connectivity issues.
