In Exin's recent document, it is shown "unfinished work cannnot be counted or taken into consideration when measuring the velocity" in page 130. So I think B is correct
again, if the shown answer is wrong, please correct it. This kind of uncertainty on answers can only confuse and endanger the certification tests for us.
