ASM Exam - Question 30

You realize that the most experienced member on your team, who is also the longest-tenured developer in the organization, is a skeptic and resisting the transition to Scrum in small, but important, ways.

What is a good way of overcoming the resistance presented by skeptics?

Show Answer
Correct Answer: C

When dealing with a skeptic who is resisting the transition to Scrum, the appropriate approach is to provide training and information. This helps in addressing any misconceptions or lack of understanding about Scrum and enables the individual to see the benefits and value of the new approach. Training and information can help build confidence and reduce resistance by ensuring that everyone is well-informed and equipped with the necessary knowledge to succeed in the new methodology.
