Show Answer
Correct Answer: A

One of the most difficult challenges when transitioning to Scrum is introducing certain technical practices. This involves adapting to new methodologies, tools, and workflows which can be complex and require a shift in mindset and skills. While team members being already busy is a concern, the critical challenge lies in the technical changes necessary to implement Scrum effectively.

I favour A over B because "already their hands full" is a result of bad planning which is resolved by introducing Scrum, in theory.
