An SRDF/A solution with BCSD is designed and the results are shown in the exhibit. A customer requirement was a five-minute RPO. In the exhibit shown, the RPO is above the customer requirement.
How can the five-minute RPO requirement be met?
To meet the five-minute RPO requirement, more bandwidth needs to be provided. The RPO (Recovery Point Objective) is influenced by the amount of data that can be transmitted within a given period of time. If there is inadequate bandwidth, it will take longer to transmit the necessary data, leading to a higher RPO. By increasing the bandwidth, more data can be transmitted more quickly, which will help lower the RPO towards the five-minute requirement.
