When setting Host I/O Limits on a Storage Group, what are the available dynamic I/O distribution modes?
When setting Host I/O Limits on a Storage Group, the available dynamic I/O distribution modes are Never, OnFailure, and Always. Never means the limits are static and never change. OnFailure indicates that limits are adjusted dynamically in the event of a failure. Always means the limits are dynamically adjusted under all conditions.
In addition to the previous static only limit distribution now covered by the default ‘Never’ mode, the new dynamic capabilities will be governed by two new modes of operation: ‘OnFailure’ and ‘Always’
