To synchronize a new Vault server with an organization’s NTP server, you must configure an AllowNonStandardFWAddresses rule for the organization’s NTP server in the DBParm.ini file on the Vault server. This rule allows the Vault server to communicate with the NTP server by permitting the necessary firewall exceptions.
