Question 134

Due to network activity, ACME Corp's PrivateArk Server became active on the OR Vault while the Primary Vault was also running normally. All the components continued to point to the Primary Vault.

Which steps should you perform to restore DR replication to normal?

    Correct Answer: B

The correct steps involve first shutting down the PrivateArk Server on the DR Vault to ensure there is no conflict with the Primary Vault. Then, starting the replication on the DR Vault will allow data synchronization from the last consistent state of the Primary Vault. This method avoids unnecessary data replication from the possibly inconsistent state of the DR Vault to the Primary Vault, which could cause data inconsistency or loss. It is crucial to maintain the integrity of the data by shutting down the conflicting server first before attempting any replication processes.

NLTOption: B

I will go with B. PrivateARK service will run on DR because of network issue whilst Primary is running well.In that case, shutdown PrivateARK service and run replicate service back. Please correct me if I am wrong.
