PSM captures a record of each command that was executed in Unix.
PSM (Privileged Session Management) captures a record of each command that was executed only within its managed sessions in Unix. If the session is not managed by PSM, it will not capture the commands. Therefore, the statement that PSM captures a record of each command that was executed in Unix is not universally true.
Only for PSM managed sessions ;)
