To configure PSM for SSH to support load balancing, you should use a network load balancer. CyberArk does not provide a native option within the PVWA settings or through configuration files to manage load balancing for PSM for SSH. Therefore, utilizing a network load balancer is the appropriate solution to distribute the load among the PSM for SSH servers effectively.
There is no option to load balance PSM for SSH from cyberark you have to use general load balancer
