The Full Detection Details option in CrowdStrike provides a detailed list of detection events via the Process Tree View1. This view allows security administrators to explore the execution details of each executable in the process tree, helping them assess whether an activity is routine or part of a larger, malicious attack. 🕵️‍♂️🔍 The correct answer is D: It provides a detailed list of detection events via the Process Tree View.

Answer : I will pick A, because the Process Tree View , it is visualization. First in the "Full Detection Details" view, it only have five tags/views : Details, Process table, Process tree, Process graph, Events timeline so B, must be incorrect, because the name is not correct. the C & D, the wording or meaning is same. But in the Process Table View, it have a long list of the process, if you select / click the process, it will show you some of the detail or summary only, not the full detail list. And the full detail in the box next to this page. so i think A is the better answer.
