In the Weaponization stage of the Cyber Kill Chain, the attacker creates a deliverable payload without interacting directly with the victim's endpoint(s). In this phase, the attacker develops the malicious component but does not yet engage with the target system. Interaction with the victim's endpoint(s) happens in later stages such as Exploitation, Installation, and Command & control.
