CCFA Exam - Question 30

How do you assign a policy to a specific group of hosts?

Show Answer
Correct Answer: A

To assign a policy to a specific group of hosts, you should create a group containing the desired hosts using "Static Assignment." Once the group is created, navigate to the Assigned Host Groups tab of the desired policy and click on "Add Groups to Policy." From there, select the desired group(s). This approach ensures the policy is applied to a defined set of hosts, which does not change dynamically.

I think B is the correct answer. I see that in A answer tells that "dick" Add groups to policy, when it is not possible to dick this option, you only can clic in the button. Both host static asignation and tagging are possible ways to select a group of machines, so I think that the right answer is B.

Looking back on this now B makes more since because either dynamic or static groups can be a specific group.

B is Correct answer, tested with the CS. IT can be dynamic or static; however, when tags are used it can be any different hosts into a host group and policy applied

Since the requirement is a "specific group of hosts", I would go with answer A as static hosts do not change.

I ll go with B. It is saying specific group of hosts. not specific host(Static by hostname)
