A user added a second monitor and wants to extend the display to it. In which of the following Windows settings will the user most likely be able to make this change?
To extend the display to a second monitor, the correct Windows setting is 'System.' Within the 'System' settings, you can find the 'Display' options which allow you to manage multiple monitors and configure how the display is extended. Personalization settings are used for adjusting desktop themes, background images, and colors, but extending display settings are managed under System.
I always just right click on the desktop then click display settings. But of course Comptia wants you to take an extra step and go through System.
lect Start > Settings > System > Display works
system
Make sure your cables are connected properly to the new monitors, then press Windows logo key + P to select a display option. If you need more help, here's what to do: Select Start > Settings > System > Display. Your PC should automatically detect your monitors and show your desktop.
It’s personalisation
Incorrect.. its A, System. Try it yourself.. Go to settings -> system -> display
This is not correct, customizing your desktop can be done in personalization but extending a monitor needs to be done in display settings which is found in system.
