Which of the following tools is effective in preventing a user from accessing unauthorized removable media?
A USB data blocker is a device that prevents data transfer between a computer and a USB device while still allowing power to flow through, making it effective at preventing unauthorized access to removable media. This device blocks any data from being read or written to the USB device, ensuring that only charging can occur, minimizing the risk of data theft or malicious data transfer.
USB data blocker -> A USB data blocker, also known as a “USB condom” (really, no kidding!), is a device that allows you to plug into USB charging ports including charging kiosks, and USB ports on gadgets owned by other people. The main purpose of using one is to eliminate the risk of infecting your phone or tablet with malware, and even prevent hackers to install/execute any malicious code to access your data.
I love you
A is the only reasonable answer here I believe
Guys, I must say, if you browse all 600 questions that are attached to this site and listen to the community dialogue you'll pass easily. With no base I went in four days from clueless to passing, just follow the discussions and you'll do fine.
I took my test today and passed with a 762. I bought the bundle and reviewed thoroughly about 500 of them. Honestly this site covers about 60% of the exam. For the labs jump over to a different site called surepassexam.com it had every single lab on my test which was 4 PBQ. Its a grind guys there was about 40% of the exam that i had to use what knowledge I had to figure the question out. GOODLUCK, YOU GOT TS.
Was it definitely 601 you took and not 701?
A is correct.
I just took this exam today (SYO-601) and honestly only about 10 questions out of 74 questions was from this bank. I’m not sure if Comptia switched up the exam or if these questions are really for SYO-701 but DO NOT JUST MEMORIZE THIS BANK. I Thank God I didn’t just rely on this bank or I would have never passed and I mean I barely passed (757/750)! I used a Udemy course (Andrew Ramdayal) for deeper knowledge for the information I was coming across from this bank. This really is what got me through this exam. Lastly I did get 3 out of 4 of the PBQ from this bank on the Exam so that was good but other than that this test was a true nail biter. I hope everyone that sees this takes my advice to use these questions as practice questions and don’t rely on this bank alone.
