The most cost-effective storage medium with a maximum capacity of 750MB is the CD-R. Despite the association of CDs often being used for audio, CD-Rs can store up to 700MB of various types of data, including videos. The other options (USB drive, DVD-R, and Blu-Ray) either exceed the capacity requirement significantly or are more expensive compared to CD-Rs.
why? its video not audio.
It's tricky and confusing but CD is the only option on the list that is least expensive and can hold upto 750 mb data.
You can write a video on CD. Years ago I would record Futurama on CDs. One CD would hold only three episodes, but it definitely worked.
