I agree with bonepin on C. Store in the same server group will synchronize automatically. It's the data between server groups that you have to worry about. From his citation - "...you will want to share subscription data between the server groups to provide a consistent user experience".

i think B is better, subscription auto sync in the server group, if it another server group, the connection is from single sf server in site a to single sf server in b and then synching in the server group

I believe the answer is B, you sync between stores and not between server groups is you have multiple sites with there own storefront environement. Subscription synchronization If you enable your users to access the same applications from similar stores in different StoreFront deployments, users’ application subscriptions must be synchronized between the server groups. Otherwise, users who subscribe to an application in a store on one StoreFront deployment might need to resubscribe to the application when they log on to a different server group. To provide a seamless experience for users moving between separate StoreFront deployments, you can configure periodic synchronization of users’ application subscriptions between stores in different server groups. Choose between regular synchronization at a specific interval or schedule synchronization to occur at particular times throughout the day.
