B is wrong. GPO will not work on personal device (or any non domain joined). A is correct. If receiver was installed with admin level, version update will require admin level access as well. A, C are correct.

B can't be correct because "some users also connect using 'personal devices' which have Receiver Desktop Lock installed. Sure that the personal device will be in the domain to apply GPO.
