Always On Availability Groups provide a high availability and disaster recovery solution that requires SQL Server instances. Mirroring is another method that provides high availability by duplicating a database on a separate server. Clustered Instances, also known as failover clustering, offer redundancy by allowing multiple servers to share the same database storage, ensuring continuous availability. Other options such as Automatic Storage Management and Flashback are not relevant to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops deployment.
