I'd agree that it is B. By default, all print jobs destined for the network printers route from the Server OS machine, across the network, and directly to the print server. I think C is correct. Users can't connect to the print server in one DC, but the citrix session allows the traffic. So we need to disable the direct connection to the print server from the client.
