I don't think D is right because the doc recommends to create clustered pools starting "AT LEAST" with three hosts. We have here a perfect HW config to create one single pool. Indeed we have at least more than 3 hosts (we have 12) and GFS2 is required for heartbeat. So B is the right answer.
