Question 63

Scenario: A Citrix Architect is investigating a recent change that is impacting system performance of the Provisioning Services farm. However, no actions have been recorded in the Audit Trail.

Which two processes are preventing Provisioning Services auditing from recording the actions? (Choose two.)

    Correct Answer: D, E

Provisioning Services audit trails are not recorded when the Provisioning Services database is unavailable since the actions cannot be logged without database access. Additionally, auditing is disabled by default, meaning no actions will be recorded until auditing is explicitly enabled. These two factors can prevent the system from recording the actions impacting system performance.

HPOptions: DE

Choose 2 answers, but only one is given! The second right answer should be E, so the correct answer is D and E

keplerOptions: AD

why D? if PVS db isnt available, PVS console cannot be enumerated, and entire farm is dysfunctional. Can A be the answer as well?

https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/provisioning/7-15/auditing.html Note: If the Provisioning Services database is unavailable, no actions are recorded.

the first thing I always do on new PVS Farm is switch on offline DB support D&E is correct about PVS audit trail

Auditing must be switch on also, but I forget to do it sometimes)

thedelphOption: E

I'd say this is likely actually a "choose 1" rather than "choose 2", and if so, the answer is E
