Like Mekali already mentioned in his link the NVIDIA Tesla P4 is supported starting vGPU 5 until 15 (see https://docs.nvidia.com/grid/gpus-supported-by-vgpu.html) and in the link Mekali provided (https://docs.nvidia.com/grid/5.0/grid-vgpu-release-notes-microsoft-windows-server/index.html) lists that Hyper-V 2016 is the only supported platform in terms of MSFT hypervisor.
