answer A,C,E agree but what is the outage the whole primary zone datacenter or only delivery controllers? if DDCs then new connections could be still possible due to LHC or connection leasing feature if enabled.
I guess its not E, b/c datacenter outage implies the whole was site down, so no existing connections?
