I chose A. If we want to reduce the channel scan time then we would want to get as far away from DFS as possible. We only use DFS in the UNII bands above UNII 1. Since we are able to use UNII 1, lets just stick with that range. UNII 2 and UNII 2e are both subjected to DFS scans. Plus, the warehouse is indoors which is what UNII 1 was originally used for.
