The tag used by the PE router to forward the packet to the correct customer is the Route Target (RT). None of the answers are correct. If Im not mistaken, the VPN label is the ones used by the PE router to forward the packet to the correcto customer. Correct me if Im wrong on this one, not completely sure....
The "distinguisher"' is what will separate the traffic and distinguish it from other customers. Hence the name. Customers will have their own RD.
I feel the answer is RT, however, the question is in bad english and if you read it often enough their is no good answer at all.
