As far as I can tell E = wrong as it is related to controllers comm unication in a mobility group.

Can't be A either as communication between controllers uses UDP. Data between them uses EoIP.

when using a mix of 9800 and AireOS for mobility/anchoring, secure mobility is used. EoIP will be used only between two AireOS.
