The VPN Link Selection will perform the following if the primary VPN link goes down?
When the primary VPN link goes down, the Firewall can update the Link Selection entries to start using a different link for the same tunnel. This ensures continuity of the VPN connection by automatically switching to a backup link if one is available.
If you want link redundancy, you need to configure the option Use probing, in gateway's object
