What is the difference between Dual-Site and Multi-Room?
Multi-Room is a Single-Site deployment where all Appliances are connected to both orchestrators. This means that within a single deployment location, multiple rooms can house appliances, all of which are managed by the same set of orchestrators. In contrast, Dual-Site implies multiple geographically distinct locations where appliances in each site are connected to different orchestrators, supporting redundancy and load balancing across the sites.

not in courseware.... I would assume multi-room is Orchestrators in different rooms with different SGMs but not configured as multi-site.. So B would be the most sensible answer. With Dual-site you need to specify an Orchestrator as Site1 or Site2..
