Which of the following statements regarding the use of Work Queues are correct? (select 2 responses)
Control Room allows filtering of the displayed queue items using exact tags and by using wildcards, which makes Option A correct. Additionally, wildcards not being allowed in the Tag Filter property of the Work Queues business object Get Next Item action is true as well, making Option B correct. This combination accurately reflects the capabilities and limitations of filtering within Work Queues. Other options regarding the status settings and item working flexibility within a queue do not fully align with the capabilities or constraints imposed by the system.
Yes, A&D is the correct answer. Work Queue Item Status, you can set with any Status.
Though exam requires you to also fill in A as it is a correct answer.... I dont understand either.
A and D
A&D Is the correct option
A and D is correct
it's a and c
C ist incorrect. E.g. the item status can be filled with any string/text. The item property which can only be set to 'completed/exception' is called 'status'.

I don't see a way by which control room allows filtering of the displayed queue items using exact tags and by using wildcards. D is the only correct option.
Whenever we work a queue item using Get Next Item, we use a parameter tag filter and status filter! thus by these tags and status we can filter the work item to be displayed to processed.
