For the Avaya Aura Communication Manager Main Core to send its translations to the Survivable Remote Server successfully, several conditions must be met. First, the File Synchronization Address(s) must be configured in the SMI of the survivable server to point to Core CM to ensure proper communication and synchronization. Second, the survivable CM server must register with the Processor Ethernet or CLAN of the Main Core for the necessary connectivity. Finally, the survivable server and Core CM must have different Module IDs (MID) to distinguish between the two systems and avoid conflicts during operations.
Is it really true that Survivable CM is registering to Main CM PE or C-LAN?
Please delete my comment. It send RAS keep-alive messages to Main CM. The word "registering" confused me.
