The Unified Agent Controller (UAC) is responsible for integrating Oceana® Workspaces with Oceana® Core components. The UAC facilitates the communication and coordination between the different parts of the system, ensuring that agents using the workspaces can effectively interact with and manage customer interactions through the core components.
