Show Answer
Correct Answer: C,D

The audit team advises the auditee immediately upon the discovery of a finding for several reasons. Firstly, if the finding can be corrected immediately, it can potentially be eliminated from the audit report, thus improving the final outcome (I). Secondly, prompt correction of findings demonstrates the auditee’s genuine interest in the objectives of the audit, reflecting their dedication to addressing issues and improving processes (II). Finally, the immediate correction of findings also shows the strength of an ongoing audit program, indicating that the auditee is proactive and responsive to audit findings (III). Therefore, all three reasons are valid.
