To configure a Related Action Shortcut that initiates an action from a record, this should be set up on the Record View. This is where you can specify related actions to appear as buttons or links directly on the record interface, providing users with the ability to easily perform actions pertinent to that specific record.
A: In the "Views" . Open the view and add the shortcuts by checkmark
