Question no 1: I think the answer is No because customer cannot delete the chat data.

I support this. Question 1 should be "NO" as chat data will be remove after 30 days, so the data will be temporary. Customers cannot delete the chat data. Also I will add that you can delete the chat data by manually removing the chatbot as it will erase all the data after deletion. No, a customer cannot delete Power Virtual Agents chat data themselves immediately after a session. The ability to delete chat data is managed by the organization or administrator that owns and manages the chatbot.

Yes: Power Virtual Agents typically retains chat data unless explicitly deleted by the customer or based on any configured data retention policies. This allows for a record of chat interactions. No: Power Automate flows run with the permissions of the user who triggered the flow. If the flow is automated (triggered without direct user interaction), it operates with the permissions of the user account under which it is configured to run. It does not inherently have administrative privileges.
