I CHOSE A 45346 REPS THE FLEXIBLE SIGMOID PROCEDURE OF THE POLYPS BUT C IS GOOD TOO BUT IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FLARE TECNIQUE. SO IM ON THE FENCE
