One distinct advantage of Electronic Health Records (EHR) over paper-based health records is the accessibility of the record by multiple data users. EHRs can be accessed simultaneously by various healthcare providers, thereby improving coordination and the quality of patient care. This is a significant advantage compared to paper records, which are typically available to only one user at a time and can be more cumbersome to share or transfer among different providers.
This is a typo in which I have noticed a lot with these questions. Windows automatically changes EHR to HER as auto correction is turned on. It's either EMR or EHR.
What does HER stands for? I am confused between HER and Electronic Health Record (EHR). Please help
They are the same only with the acronym listed in a different order. HER - Health Electronic record
Thanks
